Dear Sir,

Re: NEWLY BOUGHT HOUSE/APPT

I congratulate you on the newly bought house/apt.

2. I'm here not to jeorpadise your happiness of getting the keys to your new castle but I have to inform you on the hidden cost that you have to bear once you happily signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement with the developer and the loan agreement with the bank or government.

3. Please bear in your mind that, once you get the key, you have to think about the grill (normal iron or wrought iron), kitchen cabinet (to use melamine or granite or 3g or gross glass etc), wardrobe (sliding door with or without anti jump function, how big, ) and also the concept of your new castle. Is it going to be modern concept? English? wood concept?

4. Believe me sir, it will cost you a lot. In term of money and also in term of time, strength, mind and its also will challenge your patience.

5. The rough idea that possible go for modern concept:

i. Grill - wrought iron in front and normal iron at the back include some cage concept in the back will cost you about RM3.7k;

ii. Kitchen Cabinet - using normal melamine as table top, will cost about RM5.5 k inclusive of Hood and Hob;

iii. Wardrobe - RM3.6k for 16 x 8 feet (pasang siap)

iv. TV set - RM1.5k for 32 inch Panasonic LCD TV (well new castle must come with new electronic gadget)

v. and the list is on and on depends on your need.

6. To be comfort, please prepare at least RM30k for everything of the above.

until death do us part...

death is sure but you don't know when it will come
thus do not fear it...

Rahim and wife came to my office today (read : Wednesday).
He informed that his beloved mother in law passed away last Sunday.
Something to do with her "penyakit" of "darah cair".
And (maybe) the thing triggered her death because she felt and knocked off her head with something solid. And the autopsy showed that a pool of blood was all over inside her head. The doctor showed Ila (Rahim wife) the x ray film of her late mother.

for those who still have the chance to repay all the kindness and sacrifices of their beloved parents, please do so. time will not waiting for us. cause people intend to ignore something until the thing is missing or gone. when people realised what they have been missing, and how they regretted bout it, nothing can be done. meant also to me.

this weekend have a lot of wedding ceremonies.
congrats to those going to enter new life.
congrats for those to choosed sunnah nabi.
congrats for those keep trying and leave the decisions to HIM.
congrats to everyone..

life goes on,
whatever path you take/choose, be wise and enjoy every single details of it..

6 am the alarm clock start disturbing my sweet dream. After one hectic saturday from 8 am until 2 am today,i do really need the rest.
Suddenly i just remembered,already promised khairil to go hike broga hill today n to meet him at semenyih at 6 am.damn.overslept.ahahaha

look at my hp and have 6 missed call from khairil.call him n explain everything.asked him to go hike d hill n will meet him at the top.

actually it was my first time to go broga hill. just base on khairil instruction and some guides from the net, i managed to get there around 7.30.

can see the 1st peak behind the trees

went up the hill with my awek. have to stop several times because of some gravity problems.hehehe. there was 3 summits and my awek just couldnt go any further and settled at the 1st summit.

Mak and Ayah in the lift on their way to the operation theatre. The surgery took place for about 45 minutes and recovery session was also for another 45 minutes. This was Ayah first time admitted to the hospital and make thing worst is that he have to go for a surgery to remove stones from his "hempedu".

Ayah suffered for almost 3 months. He refused to see doctors and followed his friends advice to seek Bomoh/Dukun instead . And after a while, his problem seem not settled, we decide to refer him to the Ipoh Specialist Centre. There he was refered to Surgery Specialist and on Monday 11 May 2009 his abdomen was "punched" in order to get rid the stones.

The doctors make 4 holes at Ayah abdoment (as above). And also one hole at his "pusat".


After the surgery, Mak gave ayah something to eat. It was porridge, i think. Tasteless porridge. Ayah was so hungry because he did not eat a single thing since the night before.

Royal Belum Fishing Trip 1-4 May 2009

never went for a fishing trip in the jungle before (except the leisure trip to Kenyir..)
we have to walk through the jungle about 6-7 hours before reach the campsite. Reached Campsite at around 1830 on 1 May 2009 and built tent for all 18 of us. the tent was so simple, only need fly and ground sheet. No 3 or 4 men tent.

Abg Di (our guide) also built a table made of wood and bamboo. He was ex army and was trained to do all of this kind of stuff.

so among the members, razy aka abg ranjer, amoi, slyde, man, boy, pejal, atan, and shaz became permanent "jaga" of our campsite because except for razy, amoi and slyde, they just want to fishing in front of our campsite.

other 9, went through another 2 hours up the jungle to start casting. some of us lucky enough to fished a big and fresh fish such as tengas, sebarau, badong (ask amoi what badong is), and nearly got kelah on board.

the fish we caught, we ate it at night. some was stim and some was grilled (bakar).
Abg Di prepared a marvelous air asam (learn the recipe will do it someday) and we ate the fish with his air asam. no words can describe the foods. the fresh fish with splendid air asam..slurps..

it was my 23rd birthday when my japs friend throw a small party for me.
they bought me the cakes and sushi . and all the non-alcohol juices.
not even for them. i was so "kandou simashta"(err...tersentuh hati)..

and the first birthday gift i received from her was a pen and key chain with our names engraved on it. the key chain still in possession but pen when somewhere its belong..i think

the 2nd was the best. got haversack .50+15 litter haversack.
got it a week before going to Gunung Tapis.
my first haversack. and still with me. and still using it.

and today is ngam-ngam 31 years being living on earth.
31 years being breathing the same air that Allah gave

my day

Last week was a hectic week for me.
since monday to friday preparing for the DPM Golf Tournament and
on Thursday got message " Bro, nama ko dah kena petik dengan Dato' KI untuk jadi MC Opis Idol".

Damn! Never in my life, go up to the stage to emceeing any functions or event. Never.

And seems that the organiser is soooooooo desperate for EmcEE, so I just said OK and then "petik" another person to be my partner..

Alhamdulillah everything went smoothly. And luckily the theme for the night was "Sempoi" and I was so sempoi with my black jeans, tshirt Cap Ayam (big cap ayam printed on my shirt) and snow cap (rambut tak sempat sikat..hehe).

The show was lasting until 1130 and we cleared the stage until 2 a.m. Then went back home and woke up at 5 .a.m coz have to be at Kelab Golf Seri Selangor by 6 a.m.

Then the tournament also Ok and because I was the Secretariat, was not allowed to play in the tournament :( . The tournament over at 2.30pm. So me n razy decided to play jugak.

We play from 3 to maghrib. Manage to play for 16 holes (from 18 holes). And as expected, my game was kong because of lack of skills and penat nak mampus.heh

a monster live in a cave
at first there was 7 to 8 other monsters live together
due to global warm out and own personal circumstances
only 1 still in the cave

then small-small monster came
live together
respect the big monster at first
but the big monster doesnt care about others
just live in its own world
and thinking that its the big monster and know everything
and make enemy with small-small monsters

after a while
small-small monsters grew up
know a lot of things
but big monster still think its the know-everything monster
dont want to give ears to small-small monsters

so, small-small monster became a little big monsters,
decided to "pegi mampus la dgn that big monster"
and then the little big monsters became like big monster.

damn...going to be like big monster...

weekend trip-update

the train reached KL Sentral at 5.40 am. we plan to take Komuter to Bank Negara because our JHM was parked there. But from the timetable, the earliest Komuter depart to Bank Negara will be at 640++. what the heck..

so we do some donation in the mid morning. RM10 from KL Sentral to Kem. Penerangan, Kebudayaan , Kesenian dan Komunikasi (panjangnyeeeee..).

take our JHM and drive home to take shower then rushing to work.

weekend trip

with Rm18 (times 2 became RM36 lah), we rode the shuttle train from KL to Ipoh.
it tooks about 3 hours. Depart at 2145 and arrive Ipoh at 0045.

2 days in kampung. have great fun with my 3 nieces and newbgorn baby to Mak Lang family.

now awaiting train to KL..will depart at 0035 and estimate to arrive in KL at 0545 and then direct to work..

heh..sure enough tomorrow will be my purely monday blues...

go to hell with rules!!!

while waiting for my dinner, somebody "dind-dong" my door.
open up and found 2 kids around 7-8 years old.

"abang, saya dari sekolah xx, datang nak minta derma" and showing the donation card. Sort like manila card being folded into two.

i took his card and look at it..
suddenly just remembered when i was a scoutmember during my standard 4, i use to "kutip derma' like him does.

during those time, without any "malu' I just "redah" all the rumah that we (me n some friends) to collect our "derma". some gave some just hushed us away.

it was an awesome experince. heh

Then RM10 being pocketed for Gaza tonight from B-1-3..

my own vs adopt?-part II

the going to be parent want their baby to be delivered at a private hospital.
which maybe I could understand the reason why..want the best for their child..(sigh.. 2-3k if normal..i think)

actually this their 2nd baby. husband work as a labour and wife stay at home. they nearly abort the child as they are in not a good economical condition to raise him/her. n yet they still demanding..

the risk will be they will not give the baby once deliver and the cost of the hospital will be lebur..hmmm

received a call from a friend.
essence of the call " would you (me) like to help a friend by adopting their children thats going to be earthise in 2 months time (the wife is in the 7th month pregnancy). The couple could not afford to have the child due to a lot of circumstances.

my reply..."akan dibincangkan dengan Her..if she said ok..then insyaAllah we will get instant baby in 2 months time".

hmm...
